   Short triage: project type, area, and timing. If it fits, we schedule a site visit or meeting.

2. 02

   Survey & scope

   Field notes, share/quantity summaries, and method preferences—risks become explicit line items.

3. 03

   Offer & contract

   Scope, milestones, quality bar, and a single point of contact are written in.

4. 04

   Build

   Weekly site–office alignment, trade sequencing, and supply windows.

5. 05

   Handover

   Checklists, training notes (where needed), and warranty handover per contract.
